Deleting your data

Last updated: 12 July 2026

This page explains how to request the deletion of data associated with the Thirty application, published by Gauthier Digital (see legal notice and privacy policy).

Delete your data directly in the app

Most of your data (journey progress, journal entries, notes and the history of your exchanges with the guide) is stored locally on your device. You can delete it yourself at any time, with no request needed:

Request deletion of remaining data

For data that is not stored on your device — namely your purchase and subscription data handled by our payment provider RevenueCat — you can send us a deletion request:

  1. Send an email to contact@mythirty.app from the address of your choice, with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. Indicate the platform you used (App Store or Google Play) so that we can identify the relevant data.
  3. We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
