Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy explains what data the Thirty application and this website collect, why, and how it is processed. Thirty is published by Gauthier Digital (see legal notice).
An app built for privacy
Most of your data (journey progress, journal entries, history of your exchanges with the guide) is stored locally on your device, and is never transmitted to our servers except where strictly necessary for a feature to work (see below).
Data we collect
- Journey and journal data — stored locally on your device (a local database encrypted by the operating system). We have no access to it.
- Messages exchanged with the guide (AI feature) — when you use the conversational guide powered by artificial intelligence, the content of your messages is sent to our server and then to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. These messages are not retained permanently on our servers beyond the time needed to process them.
- Purchase and subscription data — handled by our payment provider (RevenueCat) as well as by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on the platform you use. We neither store nor directly process your payment methods.
- Notifications — the daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device; no data is sent to a server for this feature.
Waitlist (this website)
If you join the waitlist on this website, we collect:
- Your email address — required, it's what lets us tell you when we launch.
- The journey you're interested in — optional. We only use this in aggregate, to know which subject to start with. It's a product preference: we never read it as information about your health or your personal situation, and you're entirely free to leave it blank.
- Whether you'd like to try the app early — optional.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and confirmed by clicking the link in the email we send you (double opt-in). No email is sent to you until you have confirmed.
What we do with it: send you an email when Thirty launches, and an invitation to the beta if you asked for one. Nothing else. No advertising, no resale, no profiling.
How long: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest three years after you sign up if Thirty has not launched by then. After launch and the corresponding email, the list is deleted if it no longer serves a purpose.
How to withdraw: every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to contact@mythirty.app to be erased straight away. Withdrawing your consent costs you nothing and affects nothing else.
The list is hosted by Brevo (a French company, data hosted in the European Union), acting as our processor.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Sharing data with third parties
We rely on the following providers, solely to operate the application:
- Anthropic — processing of the AI guide's messages.
- RevenueCat — management of purchases and subscriptions.
- Apple / Google — payment processing via the App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Brevo — hosting of the waitlist and sending of the launch email (data hosted in the European Union).
We do not sell any personal data to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. Since most of the data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time directly from the application (deletion of local data) or by uninstalling the application. For any other request, contact us at contact@mythirty.app.
An important word
Thirty is a tool for daily support and companionship, but it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic care. If you are going through a period of serious distress, we encourage you to contact a health professional or a dedicated helpline — in France, the 3114 (national suicide prevention line) is free, confidential and open 24/7. If you are elsewhere, please reach out to your local emergency services.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
